How do I save content?

Use the browser extension (click the icon or press Alt+Shift+S), send a link to the Telegram bot, or drag and drop files into the web app.

What happens to my files?

artefacts downloads and stores the actual files — images, videos, pages. They're yours, stored on EU servers (Hetzner, Finland).

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can download any item individually. Full bulk export is available on request.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@artefacts.my and we'll delete your data within 30 days.

How do I cancel Pro?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Cancel anytime — no charges after cancellation.
